Unopened items can be returned within 7 days.

Unopened products

Return any unopened, sealed product within 7 days for an exchange or refund.

Opened products

• For hygiene, opened products cannot be returned for change of mind.
• If a product arrives damaged, leaking or past its date, we replace it.
• If you have a reaction, stop using it and contact us with a photo — we will help.

How to start

• Call or message us with your order number, or use Track Order to find it.
• Tell us what is wrong and, if possible, send a photo.
• We arrange the pickup or replacement — usually within 2–3 days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the way you paid — bKash, Nagad or card — within 3–7 working days after we receive the item. For cash on delivery we refund by bKash or Nagad. Need help? Write to hello@tushar.example.
